Many divisions of the Brotherhood of Steel are entrenched in incredibly secure bunkers, but their mission to preserve pre-war technologies often requires them to leave their headquarters and head out into the Wasteland. Major field operations will require a forward expeditionary camp where Knights and Scribes can work to retrieve discovered tech, while safely defended by heavily armed and armoured Paladins. Such camps are routinely fortified with lookout platforms, mechanised turrets, and barricades of all kinds. The Brotherhood of Steel is a well-oiled military machine and their camps are no exception. Heavy-duty tents might be a poor substitute for the security of thick concrete walls, but they will easily serve as temporary barracks and command posts for the duration of the field mission.
