Bibo2 extruder leveling block

A remix of Macbolan75's leveling block.

Made it so the wires are easy to to get in and out from the open side.
Added access to the set screws on the other side.
Made it thinner so it uses less material.
Changed the height to 29mm to better accommodate the feeders I am using.
