Wanhao Duplicator i3 Control Box Air Baffle

I recently upgraded my printer to a 120mm fan from the stock 40mm fan. The new fan moves about 5 times more air! This has had the unfortunate effect of cooling the front corner of my print bed, which has caused several prints warp. Not enough to cause a failure, yet, but I don't want to chance it!

I designed the baffle to redirect the air forward. It's a simple design that requires only (4) 11" zip ties to secure it to the control box.
