Anycubic Kossel MKS Gen 1.4 and TFT32 upgrade

This project started because the Trigorilla main board that came with my Anycubic Kossel was defective. I decided to try out the MKS Gen 1.4 and the Color Touch Screen TFT32. I designed a frame for the main board, housing and 3 different mounts for the touch screen - one for the horizontal extrusion, one for the vertical extrusion and a stand alone.
