MKS TFT32 back for Anycubic Kossel MKS Gen 1.4 and TFT32 upgrade

In my case connectors on the back of the TFT interfered with the back of the case, so i added 2mm in depths to avoid this. I also cut out entrances for the other connectors and the reset button.
