Prusa I3 MKS2 improved Fan Duct / Nozzle

UPDATE Oct. 11th 2017
Added a 3rd opening similar to the original one.
It now combines all the benefits of both the original one from the front
and the additional ones for the sides and the back as well.
At least I am quite happy with it.
Downside could be in certain cases one would have to watch the bed temperature
for certain prints not to drop to much or have the fan kick in full power some layers later...
