Lulzbot Taz 6 Filament Spool Holder

Temporarily moved to work in progress. This will still work for prints that use up to 75% of the build height, but currently the filament tube anchor is too close to the extruder when printing at full height.

Optional:
- two m3 screws to fully anchor on the rail
(Note completely usable without the screws)
