Diamond 5 Colour Mount for 60mm fan

This is an adaptation of my other Diamond 5 colour mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2586159) but this one takes a 60mm fan. During my testing (https://somei3deas.wordpress.com/2017/10/23/the-diamond-5-colour-part-3-finally-tamed/), I found it was necessary to use a fan with a flow rate of around 27cfm which I could not source in 50mm - hence this 60mm fan adaptor version.
