Bowden Extruder For the Front Bar

This extruder is for those, who still uses bowden on RedBot and similar. The default one from D-Bot project was pretty nice, but it was mounting outside overall printer dimensions.
This extruder is specially designed to be mounted INSIDE, on the front 2020 aluminium Bar.
For more comfort filament priming, the lever was enlarged.
Could be used with ordinary NEMA17 17HS4401, and with slim version.
