Anet A6 extruder fan adaptor

A 40mm fan adapter I made to replace with the standard 40mm extruder fan.
I made this because I bought a more silent 40x40x20mm fan to replace the original loud one.
Since the new fan is thicker it can't just replace the original one, because one of the bolts of the part fan on the side of the carriage is in the way.
The lip at the top adds extra support and strength since there are no mounting points at the top.
