Staircase for convincing filament extrusion on wanhao duplicator i3

I had problems with the spring that pushes the extruder bearing into the extruder gear on a direct driven wanhao duplicator i3.
At high speeds underextrusion occurred because the extruder gear moved too "quickly" for the poor tension of the spring.
This helped me a lot!

sliced with simplify3d on a .4mm nozzle with extrusion width set to .3mm.
layer height .15mm
