Added a front bar for LED lights to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2446196

For the hotend part, I use https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2614218 which is great because it uses the original mounting screws, not the hotend screws. You don't need to worry about the hotend becoming loose.
If you are using the EZABL auto bed levelling sensor, the offsets I'm using are:
X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 47
Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -12
