Tusk Part cooling fan for CR-10

1. Re-uploaded the tusk cooler, to avoid errors when loading it in a slicer.

Simple direct replacement part for a better part cooling effect.
It is based on the tusk type of part cooling. Two small aluminium tubes are held by a plastic holder that forces all the air of the radial fan into the tubes. There are small holes along the tubes that blow the air down over the printed part.
