I made it for LJ12A3 (12mm diameter inductive proximity sensor).
simple mount for simple configuration ^^ (without side fan and heatsink).
I haven't measure the distance between nozzle and the probe (as I don't use bed auto level).
It's a bit hard to attach but it fit at least XD
