Reinforced cooling fan duct for ender 2

This is a remix of Timah81s "Cr10 40mm cooling duct with beefed up mount".

Because i also installed the "Radial Fan Fang for Creality CR-10
by jneilliii" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2237084 on my Ender 2, i found that mounting all that gear to the x-carriage only with the two M3 screws the hotend is held by a bit flimsy/wiggly.
So i added an ear with two holes, now the whole assembly can be fixed also on the left side with the stock extrude
