E3D V6 - Wanhao D5S Adapter

This is an adapter assembly for an E3D V6 for the Wanhao D5S. I don't know if this will work on a D5S Mini but it might.

I'm using the stock heater cartridge and the temperature sensor form the D5S on the E3D V6 but I will test the E3D V6 thermistor cartridge when I receive it.

I used the the set screws from the original extruder assembly to hold the bearing in place.
