Carriage Stop for South Bend 9" Lathe. It may also fit a SB 10K lathe. It uses a standard 1/4-20 x 2" long hex head screw and a standard 1/4-20 nut.

IMPORTANT- This carriage stop does not have provisions for an electrical interlock, and these South Bend lathes do not have spindle brakes. It is very important that you never run the carriage into the stop under power feed. Something will definitely break, and it will probably be expensive (Murphy's Law).
