FT5 iPad/phone mount

I have an old iPad 2 laying around unused and decided to mount it to my FT5 for running Octoprint. My goal was to make a mount that could swivel side to side as well as tilt up and down for better viewing. I also wanted to make removing the iPad as simple as possible. I will be adding additional mounts in the near future.

Hardware required:
4 M3x16mm button head screws
4 M3 lock nuts
2 M4x12mm button head screws
2 M4 T Nuts
1 GoPro style bolt
1 GoPro style nut
