E3D-v6 Compact Integrated Fan Duct

I remixed the original integrated fan duct by DWONH because the 40mm fans were in the way of my print head holder. This version has the side fan ducts slightly modified, so that the fans are lower with respect to the top.

I thank DWONH for also posting a step file, so that I could easily remix the duct in onshape.
