This is a case for GK-RadMon Plus which is a excellent DIY Kit available here

This case is powered by external USB adapter from power outlet. It is connected to LIPO charger board [1] which I used as a plain USB contact. It's input pins are connected to 5V voltage regulator [2]. You can use any 5V up or down step as long as it outputs stable 5V. Read more about powering the Kit on the Kit's website.
