Mk8 Dual Fan Shroud Adjustable

Wanted to cool down the extruder and make it simple. Using 2ea 30mm 12V fans with Ramps Fan Extender (D6 & D11) or 1ea 12V and 1ea 5V fans (D9 & D44) set on ramps board. Upper fan is set to start when hot end reaches temperature you set in Marlin config (180deg in my case), lower fan is PWM, cooling the part.
