CTC Prusa i3 MK8 Support, Case and Fan

The original extruder of my CTC Prusa i3 (eBay 01/2018) worked with the first 500gr of filament before becoming a cheese grater.

I had in stock a MK8 metal extruder for right side and a complete MK8 GeeeTECH set with a 0.3mm nozzle.

So I reworked all of this page, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2353994, for:

- upgrade the fan height for the nozzle. (B - support)
- Add a cable cover that can also cool the extruder motor (A-Case)
- redesign the fan of the nozzle to be compatible with
