UPDATE 14/06/2018: Version 2 of this make now includes a terminal bracket intended to be mounted above the extruder on the uppermost bearing block screws - this arrangement completely elimaties any lateral force at the point where the filament enters the extruder thus ensuring the filament can be drawn by the extruder cleanly.
