EZABL Mount for NEMA 17 Stepper

I remixed Kyle's Z end stop trigger to hold my EZABL proximity sensor on the extruder motor. This sensor is 18mm in diameter with a couple of hex nuts and lock washers. I didn't use a lock washer on the bottom since I made a hex cutout for the nut. I also split this into two pieces so you don't have to remove the entire extruder to put this on. I suggest putting it on the motor before mounting the sensor, otherwise you can't really get to the screws.
