This is a replacement for the wire feed roller tensioner on the Harbor Freight/Chicago Electric 90a Flux Core welder. This piece holds the bolt and tensioner knob. Over time the bolt pulled through the factory piece on my welder. No modifications to the welder are required. This is a direct replacement.

My print settings were off for the piece you see in the photo. Very stringy, however it was still perfectly functional.
