Electric Skateboard Simple Battery Mount

Updates:
* Cleaner OpenSCAD file
* Thinner wall. With an e3d volcano and 1.2mm nozzle I can print this in a single extrusion width.
* Less overhangs
* Holes for a screwdriver
* Shell to protect batteries

For this build I have an aluminum board so I could add threaded holes in the deck which makes assembly much easier. For the shell Gaffers tape on one side makes a hinge and I drilled a hole for some thumb screws to hold them shut.
