E3D V6 40mm silent fan

Yet another E3D fan mount. This one is designed so that a silent 40mm fan can be used mounted BEHIND the extruder, so that it does not block the view. To accomplish this, the fan is tilted 45 degrees.
The mount will snap and hold on to the extruder cooling fins. For the paranoid user I have also designed a bracket that permanently fixates the holder in place, using two small screws.
The FreeCAD design file is appended so that anyone can modify the mount to fit extruders with varying radius
