Anet A8 extruder cable strain relief - Prusa like

All extruder cable holders looks similar, they hold cables only in one point so they can winkle, and probably all point cables up. But this really limitate build volume.. cables bends ugly after 100 or 150mm height. So why don't do it like Prusa?
Cables are going to back, so I can print to max height now.
