Prusa Bear Upgrade X-Axis tensioner for 16T pulley

This is modification of Gregsaun's X-Axis tensioner for his wonderful Bear mod.
Gregsaun uses 20T idler pulley in his tensioner. This thing is meant to be used with 16T idler pulley.

Arrow shows which side is UP.
