BLTouch & 3DTouch Ender 3 guide to avoid cutting cables and using pin 27 board

I made a quick and dirty guide on how to get ABL running with BLTouch or 3DTouch and avoid cutting the display cable on the Ender 3 and also not using the pin 27 board, since this thing is not available at all.
