Duplicator 6 Monoprice Enanced Extruder Cover Original tube

I remixed @dot_bob "Duplicator 6 / Monoprice Enanced Extruder Cover" as the original bowden tub that came with the D6 was not snug at all when I printed the 4mm and 5mm.

The original bowden tub now fits snugly and won't just come out easily.
