Bontrager Transmitr remote mount for road handlebars

I recently posted my [Transmitr remote mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3451563) for MTB handlebars (as that's where I use mine) but realized that I didn't have a version that would work with road handlebars in the common 31.8mm dimension.

Like the MTB mount, this needs only the Transmitr mount and the two M3 screws that come with it, one 6mm and one 12mm. Like the MTB version, the 6mm holds the Transmitr to the mount while the longer one clamps it down to the bars and holds the Trans
