Designed with Fusion 360- This is a simple lift off hinge I made for my IKEA Lack enclosure. 63 mm in total width and 65.5 mm total helight. This is a lift-off style hinge. The tight version fits together easy with no modification need (on my end anyway, might depend on the printer and material). The tighter version is just what it sounds like it about .25mm tighter. Printed in the ESUN PLA Pro- great stuff in my opinion, the link is an affiliate link so if you want to give it a try help a brother out- but honestly this is about my favorite filament so far! http://amzn.to/2pLEdyt I printed mine with a raft just in case but if you are sure of your bed adhesion its probably not necessary, raft removal was the only clean up I needed.
