Belt tensioner

I was underwhelmed with the stock part and especially the inability to tension the belt outside of pulling on it so I designed this and it was the first thing I ever printed.

The parts pictured have 0.010" clearance between them. It was a little sloppy so the "tight" version is reduced to 0.005" tolerance. I've never printed that one and the larger version is still running on my machine.

All the holes are designed for M5 bolts.
