Wanhao d9 BMG+e3d v6 with part cooler

I remixed the Creality bondtech bmg extruder by Hangtight to fit a wanhao d9/monoprice maker pro mk1. You will have to find a way to move the x endstop switch more to the left so you wont lose so much build area(might try to edit this once more to fix this i am not very good at this yet)
