37mm Smooth Round Chain

Here is the next iteration in my chain evolution. The 37mm links of this chain put it in the middle of my other recent chains (25mm and 50mm). I have reduced the number of supports to make cleanup easier after printing. The links are printed in a near-upright position on a raft with support near the base only. I have had good luck printing this with Bambu PLA Basic. As you can see by the pictures I have done lots of testing with these profiles. I do not recommend PLA Silk for this chain. While it looks very nice, it is a pain to print in silk. The PLA silk often falls off the raft and supports before the printing is complete. PLA silk has weak layer adhesion and does not do well in this application unless you add more supports. I have also had similar problems with PLA Matt filament. I have not tried PETG.
