This is for a 120mm fan and is easy to print and has a lot of room for cable management and is for horizontal mounting saving some Z height.

This is based on V2 so use M4 x 75mm long bolts to attach the 120mm fan or use #8 wood screws that are at least 1/2 inch longer than the depth of your fan (most 120mm fans would take 1.5 inch #8) so it cuts into the holder to grip the fan (this is what I used).
