This is a custom mount for a 3M Command 17001 hook and allows you to design custom hooks for this system.

It replaces the hook part - it clips onto the back plate (The bit which sticks to the wall)
ON IT'S OWN, THIS PART IS OF NO USE. iT IS DESIGNED TO BE IMPORTED INTO A CAD APP AND USED AS A BASIS TO MAKE YOUR OWN CUSTOM MOUNT
