MicroSwiss extended fan duct - Ender 3

I needed a fan duct that reached down to where my nozzle ended up after my Microswiss swap. After trying a half dozen others I just couldn't find one that fit right so I took matters into my own hands. I'm happy with the stock carriage so I wanted to stay as stock as possible.

The impetus for the change was an annoying amount of stringing with PETG that I wasn't making any better with my retraction changes. My test case was using the PLA prototype to print the PETG version. I'm pretty happy
