I wanted a clean way to add a cheap but effective winch to my SCX24 vehicles. I ended up with these 2 parts that work together to add winch setup to almost any rig using stock rails.For these pieces you will need some PFT tubing from a 3D printer, A 360 servo such as the FS90R continuous servo shown in the attached photos. The Servo I used comes with a disc shaped Control Horn which acts as a reel. For the line I recommend Spider wire braided fishing line (no metal wires).
