Direct Drive extruder rework for MK7 Gear, E3D v6 head

Direct Drive Extruder remix for using MK7 Gear, instead of MK8 , and fits E3D V6-V5 head with 4mm teflon insert tubing, also new bigger cheap BB 10X15X4MM from rc cars (TRAXXAS HPI rc toy cars) holds much better. Idler nut is m8 inner diameter 8,5mm ,outer is ~16mm , just hold`s bb in place
