74mm EDF

This is a fully printable EDF I designed with the help of a custom excel sheet to generate the blade form. Designed for a 2611 4500kv EDF outrunner. Motor mount bolt holes are 15.8mm or 5/8in diameter, 20mm locating flange diameter.
The pictured printed are with a 0.5mm nozzle at 0.08-0.16mm layer height. Recently I have been printing blade with my 0.25mm nozzle and 0.1mm layer height. It is smooth and strong enough to reach full rpm without any horrible vibrations, and produces a LOT of thrust. Go nuts.
