You can buy an elixir to cure almost any ailment, so much so that the old lady who runs this establishment is renowned across the undercity. You can also buy teas for darker purposes - curses, truth potions, worse things... if you're willing to pay the price! There are some fantastic new structural features with this Teahouse, most notably the third floor Penthouse! This arched structure with glorious stained glass windows looks out across the smog-filled Risor District, and can even feature a balcony.  It can be two or three stories high.
