This is a set of three functional print-in-place ball bearings designed with a precise 0.2mm clearance for support-free 3D printing. The pack includes two standard 6205 bearings (Outer Diameter: 52mm, Inner Diameter: 25mm, Width: 15mm) — one with a standard cage and one cageless for heavy loads — plus a compact custom bearing (Outer Diameter: 14mm, Inner Diameter: 6mm, Width: 8mm) with a cage. Modeled in solid CAD with an ultra-high-resolution mesh, they guarantee perfectly smooth spheres and frictionless rolling right off the build plate without any assembly. The archive includes STL and 3MF for slicers, STEP for mechanical engineering assemblies, and OBJ/FBX for 3D artists.
