Ammo Monk Bowring, Mercenary Soldier for Trench Crusade

As a much younger man, Brother Bowring had made his living on the mighty armored ships that smashed their way through the ice-clogged northern seas. Sometimes, he’ll pull out a chunk of ivory as big as both your hands clasped together and place it against his leg, showing the men how the scar perfectly matches the shape of the giant tooth. The troops are always excited to hear how he’d battled the great whale and lived, not to mention the other ribald misadventures of his “ill-spent youth.” It is hard for the lads to imagine that the wizened and pious monk before them had ever been so young and reckless, but they sense the truth of his words in the fondness of which he speaks of old friends, the pain of their passing etched in cataracts and crow’s feet. This miniature is designed to be printed in UV resin and painted at a 32mm scale.
