Abus EaZy KF Parameteric Adapter

The Abus EaZy KF only supports tube diameters up to 36 mm. For tube diameters greater than that, open up the `Abus EaZy KF.FCStd` file with FreeCAD, input your `tubeDiameter`, and presto! print out the top and bottom parts. Unscrew the holder from the old top body and screw it into the newly printed body.

Input parameters are set to match the hardware that comes with the Abus EaZy KF, but you will need to get M5 nuts to insert into the bottom part.
If using different hardware, enter the appropriate amounts into the FreeCAD spreadsheet to update the model.
