Update 30/11/18: I realised it was stupid to print the object in that orientation and produced worse quality and weaker prints, I have added a V2.
This is for a Abus Super Ultimate D-Lock, I no longer have the original mount.
The mount is 29mm in diameter but I have included the slide part I made, so you can use my [Customizable Handlebar Mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3245210) to make it fit your bike.
