Adjustable Z Endstop

I've used the Z endstop switch holders that adjust by loosening the screw and sliding it up or down. The problem I have is if I only want to move it a hair, I can never make fine adjustments without overdoing it. With this, turning the knob moves it up or down while leaving the whole unit still attached. Since the orientation of it is the same as the bed leveling knobs, it turns the same direction to go up and down. And once it's exactly where you want it, you tighten the screw on the side to secure it.
