Amazon Echo 2nd Generation Remix

My first ever remix of the Amazon Echo Shelf (Original & Echo Plus) (Second gen untested) by endar.

Tested with my 2nd generation Amazon Echo. I have not tested it with an Echo Plus.

The original design had holes for the power and line in cables but they were in the wrong place. These are in the right place and I've taken a little extra off the case to allow the shelf to fit snugly against the wall.
