AMS riser - glass riser

I just needed to move the glass a bit higher, so I designed such an extender, now the PTF body finally doesn't knock against the glass. Since I print mostly with ABS, I didn't need ventilation holes, I found plenty of such extenders on makerwold, but I needed a closed one. It's printed with ABS due to higher temperatures, but it's probably no problem to print it with PLA and PETG - I just haven't tested it
